The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were having problems with the internet and they contacted a technician immediately to resolve the issue. The room was very clean and the location was fabulous. We enjoyed the typical French breakfast which was served in our room with a smile each day and the cafe du lait was the best we had while we were away.
We had read the reviews prior to booking so were aware that there was no lift. I'm not sure if we knew though that the hotel is actually on the 3rd floor and there are alot of stairs. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

Honestly, those stairs could've doubled as a fitness challenge! And that see-through shower? Perfect for a game of peek-a-boo, not so much for relaxation.

excellent location, very clean, charming family-run atmosphere
Five flights of stairs lead up to the hotel door-definitely not for the faint-hearted!!! Shower facilities are integrated with the bedroom and just a flimsy glass partition provides any separation. Not ideal for couples seeking privacy!!!

Minimalist Baroque design, recently renovated, well equipped rooms. Laptop and wifi in the room. Excellent location, steps away from restaurants, shops, central square and beach. It is worth the deal.
When I booked, I have taken everything in consideration from previous reviews: tiniest rooms ever, located on the 3rd floor/no elevator, no permanent reception. It was neither surprise nor disappointment. It is worth the deal.

The hotel locates in the Luxurious shopping area and in the same street where Chanel and LV stores are loacted. Very goooood place with easy access to aerobus, very near to beach (one block distance) and is also surrounded by restaurants and bars. There is a small laptop provided by the hotel in our room whose keyboard is French-style (a little bit difficult to use as different to English keyboard).

This hotel comprises the 2nd floor of a very nicoise-style building, up 5 short flights of stairs. There are private residents in the other self- contained apartments on the rest of the floors of the building. (No lift, so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems). The location is excellent - in a quiet pedestrianised street among a few designer shops, close to beach and close to shops and restaurants, less than 10 minutes walk to the old town area and flower market. There are only about 6 rooms in the hotel I think and a small reception area. Ours (No. 5) was at the end of the corridor and looked onto the street. Nicely furnished with a massive painting on the wall, quaint tiny wrought-iron balcony with 2 chairs - great for having a bottle of wine before going out! Bathroom small and modern with shower cubicle. Spotlessly clean. Hairdryer and small toiletries (soap, shower gel, body lotion) in room, so if going for a weekend don't bother taking your own! The owner lives on the 4th floor of the building and was very pleasant and helpful at all times. There is no bar or restaurant so you can have continental breakfast on a tray in your room for 7 euros each if you want. We didn't, as we preferred the experience of French cafe-life in the area. All in all great value for money and fine for our needs. I recommend it.

The hotel was an absolute letdown, what kind of place demands you clean up before 11:30? Utter nonsense! Five flights of stairs? I expected a suite upgrade for my trouble, but clearly, this place doesn't believe in customer service. Almost gave a good review, but it just wasn't good enough.

An excellent boutique hotel. We were impressed that the reception upon arrival - they were clearly expecting us. The room was decorated very nicely and came with an equipped kitchen and a lovely modern bathroom. Clean. Excellent bed and linens. The balcony was a lovely retreat after a busy day. Very close to restaurants, shopping and the famous promenade.
Two flights of stairs - with suitcases.
